Can We Talk?

Due to public demand we are starting the Transgender Michigan Blog.

Here we will talk about issues important to the transgender communities of Michigan. Please let us know what you want to talk about.

    Hooray for a blog! I am excited to follow this blog. It will be a great resource to see what is up in the transgender community of Michigan. I feel like being connected and interacting with eachother and with all the different groups and communities is the only way we can truly change Michigan. Thanks for being out there as leaders!

    I hope that this blog becomes a valuable way for people to connect!

    I personally feel like, there is a lack of knowledge to the general public, as well as a lack of education to those that are representing this great state. It is time that our government realizes we are people too. Thank you TG MI for paving the way.

    I don't live in Mi right now but I am going to move back hopefully soon. So I'm gonna follow this blog as much as I can to know how my great home state is doing! Ill let you know Mi is already leaps and bounds ahead of Tx when it comes to transgendered rights and even just help and info for the trans community. Keep up the good work!

    Yes, there a number of MtF groups in the Detroit area. For example there are three groups that meet at Affirmations Community Center, http://www.goaffirmations.org and another that meets in Utica.
